The Backgammon Rules
backgammon unlike other games such as online poker, blackjack doesn’t have any sophisticated rules or strategies, but what you might have is likely to be more like an advanced thinking. Meaning that you see your next move before you actually do it. It is not at all like Chess, because there is also plenty of luck in this online casino game. But, whenever you roll the dices you can control your play. That’s usually what expert players in Backgammon do. It is like a Magician who prepares his magic tricks before he shows to the audience.
However, if you are a beginner when you play, you will probably not think and just make your move according to the numbers appeared on the dices. That’s why for instance in the beginning, if you have a 5 and 6 and two checkers on your top right the correct thing to do is to move only one checker from one side to another, from you rival’s territory to the outer territory which is neutral. As a result, you are left with less checkers at your opponent’s side and bring step by step all the soldiers to your territory.
Eventually, the best way to bring all your checkers to your side is by building “houses”, meaning if you have more than one checker in one place you cannot put you soldiers on it or take into consideration when you count your moves.
